I’ve found that my eyes open several times a night- while I’m still asleep. If there’s a dark shape in the room that’s the right size and shape almost to be a person, my eyes will see it, send a security alert to my brain and wake me up for a moment for a more positive identification. ‘Oh, it’s that thing’. Back out again.
I had another lucid dream a couple of nights ago- where I was aware in my dream that I was dreaming, and that I could conjure up anything I wanted or needed simply by imagining it’s presence. The dream’s ‘story line’ had me needing to get somewhere and with no car to get there with. I imagined-up a Range Rover for some reason.

I would have flown - sans aircraft. I love lucid dreams! First thing I do is jump up and fly.
