A man being robbed by two Oakland men in the parking lot of the Fruitvale BART station managed to grab a knife from one of the assailants and stabbed the other one to death, authorities said today.

in his profession if his victim fails to cooperate?
Almost all crime depends on the cooperation of the victim.
If the victim refuses his assigned role, the criminal is

I am gonna give you two guesses as to who these criminals voted for in the November 2008 election!
It's good to know that the regular Joe Americans are killing off violent criminals.
This method is so much more affordable for the taxpayer.

Ahh Oakland. Rape capital of America, almost a decade in the running. Robbery capital too. Third highest murder rate in California (apparently Compton and Richmond have a bigger ‘disrespect’ problem). Only beaten out nationally (overall crime category) in 2008 by New Orleans, Camden, Detroit and St Louis. Not for lack of effort.
