(sigh) we finally did the low-glycemic/diabetic meal this year. IT’S SO BORING!!! But my son is a Type 1 diabetic, his girls are vegetarians (mostly/sometimes) and my DIL detests most red meat (personal choice), and this year DH and I are staring down Type 2 diabetes.
I made a sugar-free choc. pie, and we even skipped that. We were Sooooo good!
And bored.

My Neuro showed me the MRI results when I met with him after the procedure.
There is absolutely NO spinal cord compression, which was my basic worry. No bulging or herniated discs.
So we will continue to address the pain with additional pain meds. And look for other answers.
Than you to everyone for your expressions of concern. It meant a great deal to me.
I have a hair appt in a few minutes. I hope this ‘happy pill’ they gave me to settle me down before going into the MRI chamber has worn off enough that I don’t say anything really embarassing while I’m out and about.

Your men work HARD and it's hard to keep up with them.
I know... I have one.. It ain't easy keeping up with mud, grease, dog , cat, and chicken leftovers ...daily and expect a Good Housekeeper seal.
