In this Nov. 3, 1992 file photo, a secret service agent pulls on the pants of the falling Vice President-elect Al Gore after he leaned into the crowd to embrace Jim Carville, the Clinton-Gore campaign chief strategist, during the election victory celebration at the Old State House in Little Rock, Ark. The Secret Service code name for Gore was Sundance.
