Disrupting a function? It sounds like he was functionally normally to me.

Crude humor do something for you, this is two days old and has already been posted. No, this is not from the “posting police”, just part of the neighborhood watch.

If this type of enforcement had been in place when I was in school I would still be in prison today.

In solitary confinement, of course.

Ironically, this occurred while the class was discussing “the gas shortage”.

Police were called when the boy became disruptive, shutting off the computers of classmates and "deliberately passing gas" at his school in Florida, The Smoking Gun reports.

This country has lost control. We have lost all sense of proportionality. We have lost control of our children. We have lost control of our own destiny.

The far left is now in control of society and the course of the nation.

In a more sane past this boy would have been grasped by his shirt collar and marched down to the principals office and given a stern talking to or a few swats with the board of discipline.

But after 50 years of ever increasing leftist influence in our society’s culture children may not be physically disciplined, god forbid some on the kook left want to give children as young as 12 the right to vote.

In the more sensible past teachers had the power of in loco parentis under which an individual assumes parental rights, duties, and obligations. In other words the teacher or principal had the right, duty, and obligation to maintain order in and discipline in the class room.

It really disturbs me that this country has come to the point that a school principal has come to the point that he or she would resort to calling the sheriff to deal with a troublesome child.

Teachers and principals have come to the point where they are afraid of children because they are violent or they fear being sued. I frankly can’t blame them because we have lost control.

Hope you have a joyous Thanksgiving, don’t forget the enzyme-based dietary supplement. It could prevent you from being embarrassed and/or ostracized.

The far left is now in control of society and the course of the nation.

I saw the direction of this movement back in the (70s? 80s?) when I read about a mother in Georgia who was arrested for spanking her little urchin in public.

I believe the main problem - which provides the means for this insanity - is our politicians at all levels today are primarily concerned with protecting their own butts instead of their constituents, as well as amassing power and building their little bureaucratic empires. This attitude provides fertile ground for the advancement of liberal "principles."

Part of the far left still exercise some self-control. Her fellow senators didn't call the cops when Hillary dropped a stench bomb on them. They just coughed and gagged and wiped their eyes and got on with it. A good lesson for us all.
