I received today via email, the scan of a sworn declaration from a confidential witness. The hard copy will be in my possession in a few days. Neither the name nor sex of the witness will be revealed at this time. The witness is prepared to testify and should testify in the confirmation hearings of Hillary Clinton and Eric Holder.
A statement by the witness will be on YouTube in a few days with a voice that is disguised. The witness is willing to submit to a polygraph.
Senator Arlen Specter has indicated that confirmation hearings will involve a serious look at the pardon of Marc Rich. Denise Rich and several others who may have knowledge of the pardon fund must be called to testify.
Though it must be said, having Hillary at State would help clear the way for Sarah in 2012.

IF this is real, I’d like to think this would rock the Obama administration and relegate the Clintons to their rightful place in history. But I rather suspect it’ll just be business as usual. Hope I’m wrong.

Does Hillary resign her Senate seat BEFORE she goes throught the confirmation process? Or after she’s okay’d???
The source is real and the declaration of the conversation is real. We can probably not expect Denise to tell the truth unless she also told others, who are willing to testify.

Not from API. I spoke with the witness at length on the phone today, and the sworn declaration was emailed to me. I have also spoken with the attorney for the witness.
I am trying to make contact with the witness who allegedly gave info to Chertoff and his associates.
Does anyone know about testimony by Denise Rich?
This, along with the SCOTUS activities starting Dec 5, will certainly be the October surprise(s) we needed - back then. But, it is December, so it may be way too late to stop the Obama train.
She will only resign if she is confirmed.

I suspect that, if the witness was trying to help Denise with her cancer foundation, Denise might have opened up and blabbed. She loathed her ex-husband, who did not attend her daughter’s funeral.

I convinced the witness to send a communication to him. If we are persistent, there is a journalist someone who wants this story.

Do you mean the original, a notarized copy or just something that someone slapped onto a Xerox machine?
