By the writer’s definition, John McCain also “supports” Barack Obama. But then, some folks already suspected that.

Exactly...anyone who wishes the president of your own country to fail is a fool...No matter the party, you wish the president to do whatever is BEST FOR THE COUNTRY...

To hope for failure because the president is a member of the opposing political (as liberals have done for 8 years) is not only foolish and childish, but it is un-American...

Hasselback is simply showing some class. Try it. New experiences are good for you.

Class always losed to dirty fighting. Ask the Jews in 1942.

there are some people out there who respect the outcome of elections

Not these gay marriage ban protesters in CA. If an election does not produce the desired outcome, protest the election !

Elizabeth is cute, but I could care less what she thinks. It astounds me that anyone could put up with the crap she takes on a daily basis. It’s not like she couldn’t get a paychek someplace else.

I plan on showing Obama/Biden and his administation the same respect and support they’ve showed Bush/Cheney.

When taking into consideration all that Obama plans on doing to fundamentally change the U.S., how could you root for him to succeed?

That’s what I think. She didn’t say she supported Obama, only that she’ll support him now, since he is President. It’s gracious, politic.

I will support the office of the president, the Constitution, and the principles set forth by our founding fathers with my life, but I will NOT support a politician who puts self interest or false allegiance above the country...

I am going to stick my thumb in every liberal’s eye that I come across who voted for Obama’s BS sales job and found out he lied.

You root for him to succeed as long as he is doing what's best for the COUNTRY...not what's best for his personal agenda...BIG DIFFERENCE...

Please. She's just being polite. It's clear she supported Palin unreservedly.

Elizabeth is just one more weak Republican.

Get ready for the fights to come and pay these mfers back, measure for measure for 8 years of hate and discontent. I will extend to them every courtesy that they extended to us. Dirtbag traitors.

She didn’t vote for him. She said since he was elected she’ll support him

Supporting the president-elect in a gracious way is a stunning concept for the liberal media and the witches of The View.

This is why we lose. We want to be “gracious,” which is lib speak for grabbing our ankles.

I pray he doesn’t screw up the country, but that will go unanswered like the prayer I had for a McCain-Palin victory.

Yes all of that...but more than that, she is a Christian and the Bible says to pray for “authorities and leaders” 1Tim 2:1-4 and that Romans 13:1 says that “Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.”

I plan on supporting Bambi just as much as the liberals have supported Pres. Bush over the years.
