I’m with you! The media is doing it’s best right now to demoralize us, I’m not falling for it. Now’s the time to fight with everything we’ve got.

Agree with you 100%. It ain’t over ‘til it’s over. We will fight and the pessimists should get on the train or out of the way.

I’m with you on this.

Of course, I don’t watch television and read newspapers, so I cannot allow them to sway me with their negativism.

If you watch and read that stuff (If I read the Boston Fishwrap, then turned on the talking heads this morning) it has little relation to reality, and will certainly demoralize you, which is exactly what they want.

I will not play their game, but many are.

When ever I find myself with a defeatist attitude, I go to the cemetery and replace the flags on my father’s and grandfather’s graves.

I suggest the same for others.

Some people don’t realize that the PURPOSE of the MSM is exactly to demoralize McCain voters, making “Obama is inevitable” a self-fulfilling prophecy.

The problem isn’t that freepers believe the media lies. We know that they are full of crap. The problem is that people who don’t follow political issues very closely, namely the great majority of undecided voters who will decide this election, get all of their news from the liars.

IF the published polls were worth the paper they were printed on, why oh why would the campaigns spend so much time and money doing their own polls?

Short answer? The published polls ain’t worth a damn.

Thank you, sir. The media’s goal is to make it ‘appear’ this is inevitable. The polls are probably in O’s favor at this moment, but not by a lot. Those that moved in his direction did so only due to the economic crisis. With 20+ days left, a lot can happen. The more likely an Obama win, the more focus on what he actually WILL do.

Problem is, the medis is engaging in the tactic of ignoring. When they went proactive a la’ Dan Rather, we were able to get them. It’s hard to fight the silent tactic. We will keep on though.

I have grown to really like the term talking heads for TV news. I rarely see a newspaper because I don’t have any birds. The Right radio stations and internet do we well.

Please do not lob all of us freepers into that donut because I do not believe the MSM for one second!!!

They have parroted the socialist/communist line and realize if they change horses now, Obama people will scream racism at the MSM.

However I blame the MSM for setting up this country for some rough times in regards to race! They are inciting many people for no good reason.

1948 ELECTION RESULTS:

Electoral votes: Truman: 303, Dewey: 189.

Popular votes: Truman 49%, Dewey 45%

It's not over, 'til it's over. The election is still very close. Don't forget that 500 votes in Florida made the difference between President Bush or President Gore in 2000.
