The American people seemed to have rejected Obama's attempt to become President of the world. Two polls out today show his lead continues to decline. Gallup Tracking now has it 47-41 Messiah and Rasmussen has it in a statistical tie of 47-46 Messiah. By the convention the Messiah is likely to be trailing McCain even among registered voters and well behind among likely voters.
Look for the Electoral College numbers to begin changing as well. With Colorado, Nevada and Virginia going into the McCain column and Minnesota, Michigan and Pennsylvania continuing to trend toward McCain.

The polls are good news, but I sure wish everyone would stop calling him the Messiah. I know they are saying it in mocking way, but it at least borders on blasphemous.
I guess talking smack about the good ol'USA while on Nazi soil didn't give him the commie/marxist/fascist bounce he was expecting!

Of course, the historic Gold Standard, the Gallup poll of Likely Voters, shows a 4% McCain lead. Rasmussen, which as of this past decade shows excellence, is currently showing a 1% Obama lead.
Why is the Gallup tracking differing so much from the regular Gallup poll (10 points)? People don’t appreciate what margin-of-error means: Both Gallup polls are consistent with 1% Obama lead. In addition, Gallup has typically reported Likely Voters leaning more Republican than Registered Voters, and the tracking poll is only Registered Voters. The third Gallup poll report, a supersample of the non-tracking poll, is of Registered Voters and it shows a 4% Obama lead. Typically, this poll skews Democratic by about 3%.
So, the three Gallup poll reports are all consistent with a 1% Obama lead among Likely Voters, which is exactly what Rasmussen reports.

But, golly! Every time I channel surf, Wolf Blitzed and Olberboy tell me how far ahead Obama is! They wouldn’t lie, would they? And “professor of black studies” Mark Hill said the media was picking on Obama ‘cause he’s black.
BTW, has anybody else noticed that most of the “guests” on MSNBC look like the old Bolsheviks standing beside Lenin in the old photos? Nerd glasses, goofy haircuts, misshapen heads, cartoon voices, strident marxist rhetoric, the whole commie deal.

I think McCain needs an attack dog VP choice.
The attack on Obama has finally fleshed itself out into a format IMO.
1. This “President of the World” thing plays into the elitist, arrogant, “Clinging to their guns and religion” angle. His “religion” is viewed as a corruption by many...gay choir directors and the like.
2. Full on Socialism, which can be tied to Energy prices into a nice tidy slam.
3. Inexperience combined with the influence of Wright et al. Puppet masters...
The body of the campaign season should be slamming Obama with the Energy and New Marxism blasts, then the last 2-3 weeks of the campaign should be a 3rd party ad blitz of Wright, Michelle, Father P, Weather Underground and any other mentors to fall out of the closet. Run that thing endlessly in OH, PA, MI, VA, CO
McCain can hit Obama with a whiffle ball bat, play up the Resume and Hero card while the VP and 3rd Parties do the grunt work of the ugly truth.
The thing is, it won’t even be trumped up attacks because the TRUTH about BHO is worse than the made up stuff about other politicians.
