Something to consider here: The Pennsylvania State Police that patrol York County (PA) have a grand total of 3 patrol cars operating between the hours of 11PM & 6AM. 1 is tasked to an anti-drug operation down in Delta in SE York County. Another is on highway patrol on the I-83 corridor -- the main N-S artery running throught the county. The third basically picks a quadrant & orbits.
If you live on a rural farm like this woman does, you either need a gun or a big dog -- preferably both.
In case you're wondering, I got the above information directly from the commander of the PSP York Barracks. Here is a map of York County (PA).
