Well that settles it for me!

If Pravda says it’s true, it must be.

"...This object was definitely not an aeroplane as it was moving very slowly. We observed the object from around 9 pm until 9.30 pm before it disappeared into the distance..."

"Aeroplanes" fly slowly into headwinds—not a good reason to exclude ultralights. Similar sightings are seen in the US—always proving to be hoaxes by one or more ultralights.

Did you see the video? The scale doesn’t jive. The Alien looks to large for the craft which would be far off into the distance. The image looks as if (using the limits of a handheld recorder) the craft is a shorter distance away.

I have no problem with aliens, as long as they’re legal.

In January of 2008, nine separate lights were spotted moving in an arc formation across the sky...
...in Turkey... "The Nine Lights"... hmm...
In 1965, Turkese released a political pamphlet titled "Dokuz Isluk Doktrini" (Nine Lights Doctrine). This text listed nine basic principles which formed the basis of the nationalist ideology. These were nationalism, idealism, moralism, societalism, scientism, independentism, ruralism, progressivism & populism, and industrialism & technologism.*
(my metamorphosis of the Turkish characters to make them readable may not be correct)
