It would be amazing to play Splinter Cell or Ghost Recon on that.

My god, I bet the greenies are having heart attacks over that thing. Plasmas eat electricity like Al Gore eats babies.

Don’t the forget the cost of knocking out a wall or two to get that thing in the house.. maybe just cut a hole in the roof and drop it in..
and then kick back and imagine watching Tora Tora Tora and It Came from Outer Space ..

You could use it to FReep.

That’s nothing compared to Frank’s TV. You can watch the Simpsons from 30 miles away. It’s like having a drive-in movie in your living room.

When our life becomes less than existence itself
your only recourse is a bigger TV.
Existentialism at its best.

>>A 150-inch high-definiton plasma TV unveiled by Panasonic is the world's largest to date,<<
Pretty soon home screens will be larger than those in theaters. However with today's mediocre programming, building larger televisions is a bit like building a large dam on a dry creek.
To: SIDENET
But, but, but... maybe your MONITOR could be that big!!!

A year ago just before Christmas I got a Sony 70”. A few days later I thought I screwed up and should have got the 60”.
I got used to it in just a few weeks. Now, I think I could handle one twice that size, though I would have to put it clear back in the opposite corner of the room from my viewing position. (24 X 28 room). (My viewing could handle it. Not sure my bank account could.)
