- Glad you enjoyed it. The restaurant business sure is a difficult one. Especially those parts of it being season bound.

For long, Scandinavian gourmets have agreed Oaxen to be one of the best restaurants here in Sweden (I haven’t visited it myself though), but so far it hasn’t exactly sparked up major international abroad.
