If you ever win the lottery, don’t tell anybody.

10,000 isn’t that much to brag about. For most people it would allow them to pay off most of their bills. Nothing to imagine a lap of luxury.

If you ever win the lottery, don’t tell anybody.

When the Westerville OH workers won a big Lotto payday they retained an attorney who attemped to protect their identities - as far as I know he succeeded at least partially.

As many may know the fine print on a ticket states that lottery commmission(s) may use your likeness, name, etc. in advertising and promotion if you win. Obviously this can be problematic in today's society.

The attorney claims that once a ticket is a winner it becomes a negotiable instrument.

His reasoning may or may not be sound but if I were to ever win I would keep mum and resist becoming a potential Jack Whitaker.
