Turns out, nope, not true. Ubuntu systems are $50 less than their Vista Home Basic (bottom-end Vista) counterparts. The crapware didn't account for as much as I thought it could, and Dell didn't price according to expectations of value. There you go, VHB costs $50 for Dell, plus whatever the crapware income is.
All I know is if in the Army I told my sergeant “I started to perform maintenance on the launcher today” and I hadn’t yet started, then I’d be in a world of hurt for lying to him.
Do notice that I provided an out, the possibility of me missing something.
The sad thing is the out is still there he could just say ‘I should have said’ instead all he wants to do is pick a fight..
