LOL did you hear the news? This foreign Ubunti you love so much can cost MORE than Windows on the same computer from Dell.

Turns out, nope, not true. Ubuntu systems are $50 less than their Vista Home Basic (bottom-end Vista) counterparts. The crapware didn't account for as much as I thought it could, and Dell didn't price according to expectations of value. There you go, VHB costs $50 for Dell, plus whatever the crapware income is.
