many M-type dwarf stars may be the parents of Earth-like planets

What a crock of qualified horse pucky. Next, they will be saying that they may have found on this new planet the coffin of Jesus, Joseph and Mary. Watch out for a university grant request to study the feasibility of a potential draft flight to this new solar system.

Life - so simple! All you have to do is add water, and given (enough) time, life will spring forth.

(Never mind of course that intelligent beings have been trying to produce life in controlled settings for decades now - without success...)
