How are vacant Senate seats filled in CT? I know that in many states the Governor appoints a replacement and I assume that Rell would appoint someone other than Lament.
And while we're on the subject of Lament,has anyone check his basement this morning? I'd hate to think of him hanging from a beam in his cellar....all alone.....
