First, you have to have the picture accessible to the web. Either upload it to your server or start a Photobucket account.
Then you type in <img src="address of your photo">
That photo address would be something like http://12thmanfoundation.com/mag/Vol6/vol6no9/images/insideaggies2.jpg

Since you said please in triplicate: Cut-n-paste this: <img src="*your_image_URL.jpg*">
Replace the *your_image_URL.jpg* with the actual url of the image you want to link to.
