Yes questions can be asked but it seems to me that info about what, where, when, why, and how would help your cause. Who can back up your assertions?.... How do you know this info to be true?... When did these events occur and how often? Who all was involved? How long has this been going on?... Has any local groups begun to bring this out?... Has the state or local ethics watchdogs been contacted?...

If you can't get local involvement then I doubt you'll find many people from the far away fruited plains interested in your local politics or alledged corruption.... jmo.
