I have downloaded four of five critical updates however, update KB913446 keeps failing.
Anyone else having problems?
That's the NSA Direct Tap Security Update...whatever you do, DO NOT CANCEL the download.

Download the other 4. Reboot and then try to download the last one. See if that works.

Yep--I tried this and still it failed.
I got error Ox80242006 and when I did a search for this on the MSFT site, said it could not be found.

I noticed at the link that it supports SP2.
I have SP1 so maybe this is why it did not take????

I thought it meant...Loose strap means......
Try disabling your firewall, turning off your virus protection, enable Active-X and Java, and enable file sharing while leaving an open connection to the internet. Oh, and use IE. Take particular care that ports 445 and 135 are open. That should enable folks to put files on your system.
They fixed it. I was able to get the download this morning.
