For once Parental Values holding Firm!

Posted on 11/13/2005 10:14:17 PM PST by baltoga

The producers of "Get Rich or Die Tryin" are trying to figure out why fans are not flocking to their movie.

Is it price of the ticket? Is it the publicity of a person getting shot at a showing? Is it because 50cent really has now fans?

I have the answer. Teens are finally embracing parental values and this movie offers none of it!

Thank you.

Having worked with many troubled teens I can tell you this movie does not register with them. Many teens once they've rebeled get a real dose of reality that "life is cruel".

Work hard and you'll get ahead. Goof off and you're just another dime five times over.

;)

I highly doubt that, I'd guess that Fiddy is missing a bunch of the suburban white kid demographic, the one that made Eight Mile a strong movie.
