In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of four "Words for the Day".
1. keck (the word is onomatopoeic)
to retch, make the sound of retching, or to feel disgust
2. quiddle (from Middle Latin quidditas, what, anything)
Verb: to dawdle or trifle;
Noun: a fussy or fastidious person, or one who wastes energy about trifles
3. Weekly word that can only be found at the online International House of Logorrhea. I can't find it in my dictionaries at home:
quaedam:
a disparaging term for "woman"
4. Friday word: karezza
(appears to be a Tantra Yoga term: pronounced kaRETSsah)
prolonged coitus in which the Big O is deliberately withheld, i.e. coitus reservatus (To see more about this term, go here.)
Example sentence:
Are you kidding, I’m in enough trouble as it is.
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using one or more of the Words for the Day in one or more sentences.
The sentences must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

and I am just back from the second call for the night, both went to the ER.......in America they can go to the ER just by calling 911.......you live in the wrong country.
And, technically, it isn't even Friday in some areas.
Argh is getting fixed????? "No, don't fix me, I'll never look at another..."
