I love soccer and normally go to great lengths to defend the sport from bashing, but Beckham just really needs his ass kicked.

Why is being properly groomed a sign of metrosexuality? There's nothing wrong with looking presentable. Okay, the spray-on tan and nail-polish is a bit much, but there's nothing wrong with some facial scrub and cleaning up stray hairs.
