An old pagan God of Earth and animal worship. The goal of this God was to distract people from thinking in terms of heaven and eternity, but to get them thinking of the pleasures of the flesh they could enjoy on earth instead ( i.e., liberalism to be honest about it). That's why it's part nature, part man. The goat is the animal that lusts for everything and anything. It's the only animal that doesn't care what sex they mount. It drinks it's own urine as an aphrodisiac. It butts anyone that gets in the way of what it wants for it's own pleasure. It's a "me, me, me" oriented animal.
That's why the Bible refers to separating the faithful sheep from the animalistic goats. If you've ever seen a buck goat in heat, you'd understand how the liberals see the world.

He has managed to put a pretty face on the vilest of things to deceive the masses. "Choice", "Gay", "Right to die with dignity", etc. If you stop to actually picture what these things really are, the whole "pretty image" changes.
