My favorite line is when they are trying to get Peter away from the rock monster and Guy says,
"You construct a weapon. Look around, can you form some sort of rudimentary lathe?"
And I just love Alan Rickman.
"By Grabthars hammer....what a savings."
That and the line from Tony Shaloub, when the ship is under attack and he's calmly reporting on the engine failure, then he turns and says "Group hug!" had me laughing like Howard Dean at an episode of Che Guevera'S Commie Comedy Hour.
