I stupidly clicked on a link to Debka a few hours ago. Never really got there. My computer rebooted automatically and seemed a bit hosed when it came back up, so I restarted again.
Zone Alarm was back at stage one. Every program was a first time internet access. I had to re-grant permission for IE to go online.
I´m wondering if my setup is secure or if Debka dumped something sinister on me.
Everything seems to be OK now, but I wonder.
Please advise if you have some experience with them.
Don´t ever, ever go to Debka !
If you wear a tinfoil hat, it's perfectly safe to go to DEBKA.
Actually, that sounds like a DEBKA-type story.
I use Mozilla. I take a gander at Debka from time to time and have no problems. I also use Zone alarm and spybot.
Sounds like Zone Alarm itself developed a problem including corruption in its database. Debka is not smart enough to do that to you.
The Mossad now has control of your computer. Every couple of minutes you'll be hit with a millisecond of pro-Israel reprogramming. Art Bell needs to be informed ASAP.

How did Debka get such a bad reputation? I remember Gen. Valelly (check spelling) giving some info from it during the roll to Baghdad.
Nothing in Debka could crash your computer.
Get and stay current on Windows Updates, anti-virus and anti-spyware software.
