Dateline Charlotte, North Carolina. This story aired on News 14 Carolina, but I cannot find a direct link on their website to source it. The website posting and video is cut short from what the television broadcast reported. So that is why I have posted it in general chat. Let me introduce you to Mr. Alfred Adams, currently facing eight different charges including first-degree rape, kidnapping and burglary. He was also charged with simple assault, communicating threats, and two counts of first-degree sex offense. Adams has been arrested eight times since November 2002 on charges including burglary and assault on a female. Adams was placed on probation and violated it. He was then placed on a more intensive probation and placed under house arrest. Adams violated his house arrest recently and had to appear in court. When asked why he violated the house arrest he explained to the judge that he left the home because he had bad credit and could not get phone service. I guess said judge has never heard of prepaid phone service because instead of punishing Adams for violating his house arrest. He released him back to the less intensive probation. So basically his freedom to roam and terrorize the University area was restored because the lowlife had bad credit. Where is the justice in rewarding a criminal for having bad credit? It is an excellent question, but I think it would be more appropriately posed by the women that he has raped since this judge released him.
And yet Guns are banned on campuses for being "dangerous".

With a criminal history like that, he ought to live behind bars for the next 85 years at least. (Should he die, he could be replaced by his next-of-kin, or his corpse will rot in his cell.) What kind of judge would free him to rape, kidnap, and pillage? Can't be a liberal; last I heard, even liberals despise rapists (and believe men, especially white heterosexuals, are evil).
