I am very suspicious of the timing of this. What did the President know, and when did he know it? Did Cheney an Halliburton invest all the bbbbbilllions of dollars they stole in the war on terror in a new 'weather machine'?

OMG.....I am not kidding you. I just ran downstairs and did an entire rant about how they will blame this on Bush. I am watching MSNBC and there is this man on MSBC and he is saying "as a voter and a homeowner we can do better."
Am I being sensitive? Is he really blaming this on Bush or just the government in general??
