Hezbollah Goes To The Movies!!
Knight of The Mind ^ | Thursday, June 17, 2004 | .cnI redruM

Posted on 06/17/2004 1:34:56 PM PDT by .cnI redruM

Now we really know why they hate us. I had figured that they didn't really hate us, they just figured we were a bunch of overfed pussies. My theory was that terrorists terrorize for the same reason that conquerors conquer and bullies bully. Because they can.

The real reason they hate us, we just don't pay homage to their favorite movie director. Well now we are aware of the Hezbollah pick for next year's Academy Awards. It's none other than our very own Jabba The Haw-Haw, Michael Moore.

In an amazingly bad attempt at propaganda, Hezbollah picked up the phone and gave Michael Moore's agent a call. They offered their support in distributing the film. Maybe they aren't quite as lovable as the boys from The Magic Kingdom, but they are willing to give it go. Think of it has Michael Eisner's business ethics minus the support for Gay Day.

I'm sure the crafty agent was non-committal. He probably gave them the typical "We'll get back to you." This is Hollywood Lingo for f--k off.

While no one associated with the film has any comments, an endorsement like the one they received from Hezbollah certainly puts the newest Michael Moore crockumentary "Fahrenhiet 9/11" in a new light. Michael Moore has proven that at least some of America is loved by every person in the world. Even the die-hard zealots of Hezbollah.

The question now is no longer "Why do they hate us?" The new question should be "Can we make Hezbollah take this disgusting slob on a full time basis?"

This reminds me of Kim Jong-Il throwing his unsolicited support to Kerry in the upcoming election a few months ago. Man, was it fun to watch the Kerry camp twist in the wind over that one.

That was almost as welcome as a nominating speech by Pat Buchanan.

Our country is deeply divided,we either find the center, or we will weaken ourselves even further.

One thing is clear, George W. Bush has to go.
The fact that he is a republican doen't make him a good president.
He surrounded himself with extremist people that have lied to us time and time again. As painful as it may seem, John Kerry is the only alternative we have at the moment. After that, we shall see what happens, in the meantime, we have to straighten the ship or we are going to the bottom of the sea

Thank you

Fernando Hernandez

I would find it interesting to hear who you find to be extreme and which of them have lied again and again.

Look on the bright side, he'll be gone by January of 2009.

Considering that Te-RAY-za Ketchupman supports Hezbollah eplains why Hezbollah likes Mickey Mouse Moore and why Mickey Moore likes Ketchupman. See below:

Heinz Kerry-Funded Web Site Praises Hizbullah
NewsMax.com ^ | June 15, 2004 | Carl Limbacher

A web site partially funded by Teresa Heinz Kerry offers a report glorifying Hizbullah suicide bombers as "deified in paradise and venerated on earth for fighting Israel" - and praises the terrorist group's support network for women widowed by their husband's "martyrdom" attacks.

Women's eNews.org still features the Sept. 2003 report, written by Sarah Smiles, who's identified as a "WeNews correspondent."

Smiles interviewed a number of Lebanese women who were widowed after their husbands decided to join in the cause of killing Israelis and Americans.

At the end of her screed, the web site notes:

"Women's eNews is supported by our readers; reprints and licensing fees; and the Fund for the City of New York, the Teresa and H. John Heinz III fund of the Heinz Family Foundations, the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the Barbara Lee Family Foundation, the Rockefeller Family Fund, The Helena Rubinstein Foundation, the Sister Fund, the Starry Night Fund."

First noted yesterday by OpinionJournal.com, the Heinz Kerry-funded report reads like a recruiting brochure for suicide bombers. Here's some highlights:

"Hizbullah has built up an impenetrable support network for the women. Through the Hizbullah martyrs' wives association some 2500 families in Lebanon receive a monthly salary, free health care and schooling for their children--to the tune of $1,200 each a month.

"'We do everything in our power to make them feel they are not missing anything,' says Mohsan Shaheen, a spokesperson for the association. 'Anything a martyr's wife wants, we will give it to her, basically, because her husband sacrificed himself. The only thing we can't provide for her is to bring him back.'

"On top of sending their children to the best schools and universities abroad if they choose, the association runs vocational training classes and seminars for the woman and offers a dating service to help them remarry if they wish. . . ."

Comments from Hizbullah suicide widows:

"A staunch, pious woman veiled completely in black, Naji shows little regret about her ultimately fateful marriage.

"'When I married him, I knew he followed the party. I knew I had a martyr at home,' she says. Leaning closer, she confesses her ambitions for her sons, the youngest of whom was a nursling when Aboud died.

"'When my sons tell me: "I hope to become a martyr one day," I say: "I hope so too. I hope God chooses you as a martyr.'"

"'Although a mother doesn't need to tell the son of a martyr to do it,' she says, 'she may guide him towards it, but really, it's innate. He automatically has a feeling that he must follow his father.' . . . .

"Pregnant when her husband Ahmed Fadlallah was killed in a Hizbullah operation in 1999, Zoorgoof has struggled to come to terms with the loss.

"'I tell my daughter: "your father is a hero." I take her to his grave. But this feeling of loneliness and despair . . .' she says, her voice growing distant.

"Since Fadlallah's death, Zoorgoof has relied heavily on the Hizbullah martyrs' wives association, which is helping her buy a house and pays for her to go to university, where she is studying Arabic literature.

"'Hizbullah is like a family. It takes care of us, provides for us,' she says."

I heard Hamas and Hezbollah gave the flick two thumbs up.

The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade gave it mixed reviews. They agreed with the premise but thought Moore was too soft-handed with its criticism of Bush.

Yassar Arafat is in preliminary discussions with Mr. Moore for distribution rights for the Palestinian Territories.

Kim Jung-Il is said to have made this film mandatory viewing for his loyal citizens once he is able to get a bootlegged copy.

I’m sure this piece of propaganda will do much good for our country’s reputation. And we have Michael Moore to thank. He is getting rich off the country he hates…..

Hey, they yanked your account, but perhaps you will still read this.

Hezbolla supports Michael Moore's movie, Kim Jong Ill and other bloody tyrants support John Kerry, and you hate George Bush.

It is obvious that you and your ilk hate America, and wish it to be a second rate, socialist hell-hole like France.

So I beg you, please find the nearest International Airport and send yourself off to one of these "paradise" havens on a one way ticket.

He's hoping that if we can just "make nice" with terrorists, maybe they'll kill us, last.

He's right though, the country -is- "evenly divided".
Half would rather die on their feet than live on their knees and the other half would cling to *any* semblance of life, no matter how oppressed and tyrannical that life may be.

Who knows?
Maybe he's right.
Anybody got a guitar?
I have a mad urge to sing "Kumbaya" right now. [not!]

Hezbollah and the Jewish film distributor (Harvey Weintreib?). Finally they are getting along and we have Michael Moore to thank for it.

Love it.

I wonder how overjoyed Harvey Weinstein is now that Hezbollah has gotten behind his movie? Now, Harvey, please, no complaints when the boys from Hezbollah come looking for your plump rump! Don't fret, Harvey, the pain will only last for a few minutes. After all, you did this to yourself and other Jews! What a bunch of idiots?
