The real question is how many of that 20% voted for him the first time? Probably not very many.
Besides, somehow I doubt every member voted in this poll.
To: KQQL
That's 17%, not 20%.

I do believe there are some snakes in the grass here.
You will find many who want to shake up the Bush supporters because they want to send Bush a message over spending or guns, immigration or CFR.
Shaking us up is part of the fun, doncha know.
I remain steady,confident,but not complacent.

Let's face it... illegal-immigrant amnesty + record size of government + lack of movement on judicial nominations + affirmative action capitulation + granny giveaways are enough to make plenty on the right vote "not Bush" in protest. This goes along the theory that if 'our' party leader doesn't follow our philosophy, then the fastest route to getting our agenda enacted is to dispose of him immediately, so that the next opportunity will come four years sooner than it would otherwise.

What these polls need for a more accuracy is another choice that reads:
"Don't bother me, I'm just voting to move this damn poll to the bottom of my side bar"

Actually, that's not true, because we live in a republic and not a democracy. In this republic, circumstances are often such that an individual's vote in a district where that individual's choice is heavily outnumbered, combined with winner-take-all and the electoral college, means that your vote only counts if it helps to actually secure electoral delegates for your candidate.

Throw out the 2% for Kerry. They are just screwing with the poll or wouldn't have voted for Bush anyway. Bush 82%
Give the President half of the undecided. Bush 84.5%
Give him half of those that claim they will sit it out. Bush 85.5%
Give the President 1/4 of those that come to their senses and don't go Libertarian or Constitution Party. Bush 87.5%

Well, I think some serious lovers of Freedom might vote against Bush, or not vote. He's done some things that have made me scratch my head -- letting all the Mexican's get off scott free? WTF?
