Probably the biggest advantage for the male player playing on a female team is the court.
Standard Men’s Volleyball Net Height: 7 feet, 11 ⅝ inches or 2.43 meters · Standard Women’s Volleyball Net Height: 7 feet, 4 ⅛ inches or 2.24 meters. Molton is the volleyball recognized by the NCAA. A Molton ball is 10 inches in width so the difference in net height, 7 inches, is a dramatic difference. And with the shorter arms of the women, they will not have the net to protect their faces as much from the kill nor will they have the height of the spiker which the set can go up even higher than that. So the block is less effective and more dangerous to the blockers.

Creates a danger to the women with whom s/he competes and gives the team an unfair advantage.
Of course, the coaches can’t complain or they’d be banned from coaching and lose their jobs - as has happened to other coaches.
Players who speak out will be chased by the trans-mob and won’t be able to get into college.
