California water managers announced they're sharply limiting deliveries to just 15 percent of what most urban and agricultural water agencies requested.

This comes after 20,000 cubic feet of water per second poured into the ocean because of inadequate storage.

As soon as California finishes demolishing all the Dams, the water crisis will be over...

All their storage is full so they have to cut water usage.

Ok.

I wonder if this will turn out like the moron in Hawaii that thought water was “sacred” and wouldn’t turn on the fire hoses when the town was on fire.

California received large amount of rain. Is the reduction of water deliver because the local reservoirs are full, so no need to send water down stream?

I think their math is off. 20,000 cubic feet is onmy 149,600 gallons.

That’s 25 acre feet per minute. That’s a lot.

here is the commie logic on display

record flooding levels of pineapple express rain in california forces 85% reduction of water allotment.

they are simply bankrupting private property and business any way possible

California hasn’t built a dam since the 60’s. California has always had intermittent rain. It just makes since to have more storage containers to hold the water when it does rain.

The build even further on this point, if you are one who really believes in man-made global warming you would want dams (hydroelectric) and nuclear energy to rid the earth of carbon based fuels. But, since the 60’s California has also closed almost all of its nuclear plants to go along with never building a dam. The state is absolutely freaking nuts. There is no logic in anything they do. It’s like being married to a crazy person. At some point, you just have to quietly move out.

The excuse is - “because of inadequate storage” Why would storage be inadequate?

Building a reservoir is not rocket science. It can’t be from the lack of space to build a reservoir. Most of California is a damned empty desert anyway. The ability to fill a reservoir has nothing to do with BUILDING ONE. Something must be impacting the building additional reservoirs in California?

There was one Jack-Wagon in CA a while back (like 20yrs or so) that complained that unless the reservoir was “always full” it was a waste to $$$ to build it.

Therefore, the only logical conclusion is that California Politicians Intentionally and On Purpose are REFUSING to build reservoirs and thus intentionally and on purpose are causing the shortages. I guess that in the case of California, you Just Can’t FIX Stupid.

Water Managers?

You mean like the idiot Kaleo Manuel in Maui, Hawaii who refused to release water from a resevoir to firefighters in order to save the the town of Lahaina , Maui, from total destruction?

The idiot Water Manager Kaleo Manuel, a murderous no accountability murderous Greenie, Deputy Director of the Hawaii Commission on Water Resource Management:

Because of that ONE greenie water manager, Kaleo Manuel, the town burned to the ground.PEOPLE DIED.

We THE PEOPLE, have had enough of unelected water managers. All of them should be fired, tarred ,feathered and hoisted up a flag pole.

Any one who "manages water" needs to be an elected official bound by the Constitution , and vetted as a non liberal fascist ideologue like Manuel is.

PERIOD~!

These California fascist water managers pretending they have authority over People are the same, and we need to rid ourselves of them as non accontable bureaucrats, whose true assignment is to bring us 1984,without fake "damaging the environment by creating more resevoirs memes"

....MORE CATCHMENT ACCOUNTABILITY..GET RID OF THESE SO CALLED LIBERAL FASCIST WATER MANAGERS.

MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE

Someone should tell the Governor that California must capture the runoff of the global warming storms or the oceans will rise and he would begin building storage tomorrow.

Depends on where it is being restricted. If it is L.A. and southern Ca this would be a good thing. Lake Mead and Lake Powell are still empty.

Looks like 15% was the plan before the massive rain fall. Nice to know they can react quickly to changing conditions….. 🤣🤣🤣

With a good remaining base from last year’s heavy rains, essentially all the major reservoirs would be full if they weren’t dumping water to Mai tian flood control capability
