Seems like though Obama connection is politically useful, as is the precedent of his administration reaching a conclusion that supports Trump’s case, but what really matters is the legal basis the “Memo” used. If that basis is/was valid, then it bolsters the other justifications for Trump’s possession of dcuments, and his claim that Presidents have declassification authority.
The article is looking towards a claim that this Obama memo was known to Trump, which could be either directly or through advice of WH counsel, and that he believed he was following what the memo set forth. The next round would be showing that Trump (or his advisors) had knowledge of it.
NYC 'rape case' -- Judge was an associate of E Jean Carrol's attorney and presided at her wedding. Failure to recuse could be grounds to dismiss the case.
Atlanta Case -- Fanni Willis now under state investigation for misappropriation of government money and receiving illegal gifts from an unqualified attorney that she hired at excessive rates. Also colluded with the WH regarding prosecution. Case could be dismissed as a result.
Jack Smith -- Appointed illegally by the embittered and corrupt Merrick Garland. Failure to disclose exculpatory evidence. Both actions could result in dismissal of the case.
NY Fraud case -- Judges actions have clearly shown an anti-Trump bias which will be grounds for appeal and possible dismissal.
Fourteenth Amendment cases -- Awaiting SCOTUS hearing and ruling. Likely outcome is 7-2 to 9-0 in favor of Trump
Looks like the stacked deck of cards could collapse completely. If all of the above occurs before the election. Trump will gain a huge amount of support.

Everything the Obama administration did was a big secret. He held a secret meeting on January 5th, 2017 with Biden, Rice, Sally Yates, and Comey. Susan Rice was so concerned about the meeting that she sent herself an email about it, in an attempt to cover their asses over it. The topic of the meeting was potential Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. In other words, it was a strategic meeting on how to use Russia as the means to take out Donald Trump. And it’s likely when they decided to go after General Flynn. Comey never reported the meeting to Congress when he testified in front of them.

And all that’s left after they complete their destruction is communism. There is no other possible outcome for everything they are doing to destroy the Republic.
I forgot to add that they’ve also debased and destroyed our culture, which is the fundamental underpinning of our society.
I hate to say it but the Left’s will to destroy was apparently greater than our will to preserve. It all comes down to a contest of wills. The side with the greatest determination and commitment usually wins. Just saying.

I don’t the Christina understands the situation. The justice department is totally and utterly corrupt. There will be no justice for President Trump.
