Conservative watchdog group America First Legal unearthed a secret Obama memo that could torpedo Jack Smith’s claims that President Trump didn’t have the authority to possess or retain classified documents.
In June Jack Smith indicted Trump on 37 federal counts for storing classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago residence.

In 2014 Obama created the secretive Presidential Information Technology Committee (PITC) after Russian hackers breached the Executive Office of the President’s network.
“Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictment against former President Trump, claims “Trump was not authorized to possess or retain…classified documents.” But Obama’s PITC memo may have created a reasonable belief in President Trump that he, in fact, had such authority,” America First Legal said.

The Dems hope is to get a felony conviction and a perp walk. These criminal cases are falling apart and aside from the obviously corrupt civil judgements and the GA case imploding, it’s looking like Trump might just foil their devious lawfare plot.
When does Biden get nabbed for illegally having highly classified documents stored at his garage and at the “Biden Think Tank” at U Penn? He took those when he was VP and Senator and not authorized to have them.

Maybe the judge excludes any exculpatory evidence...like in the E. Jean Carroll trial. Except that Jack Smith hopes to send Trump to prison over this.
Many states have state RICO laws that are very similar to the Federal RICO laws. If any State with a Biden living in it, the State AG can bring RICO actions all of those who got money from the enterprise.
