If Iran explodes a small nuke, Israel will hit them with 40 or 50. Bye-bye, Iran.
No, world opinion would turn on Israel if they launched such as attack. It would be gone. I do not think Israel would send all the bombs they had—because it would only spell doom for them. Other nation could hit them with WMD even if they do not have nukes. World opinion is not in favor of what they are doing in Gaza right now—so I do not see this as possible—Jews, unlike Islamic people, are not suicidal.
A) Israel has a lot more than 40-50 nukes. That’s only ~ 1/4 of their likely inventory.
B) If Israel is literally at the precipice “Bibi ain’t giving no ear to world opinion”. Iran exploding nukes IS Israel at the precipice. Or have you not been listening / watching and... reading the Quran?
IF Iran left their nuke capability vulnerable, Israel might well try to take it out by non-nuke means 1st. But most analysts think that would fail without massive US involvement. That (failure) would leave Israel in a worse spot yet.
Oh, for heavens sake. Have you looked at our inventories of reserve F-16’s and munitions for them, alone? They are massive.
This need be no insane Russian style war. Nor any invasion.
Punch Iran hard and quick, much as Reagan did. Then see if they react as they always have, to superior force.
I tend to agree. Although the two sides had a bit different capabilities (and that moved around some as the war progressed), they were more or less evenly matched. The Iranians sent those massive human waves, Iraq used chemical weapons. And so on and so on.
Iran, like a lot of countries in that area, would fold like a three dollar bill if they were properly attacked. The US has been afraid to do that for a long, long time.
It used to be “Speak softly and carry a big stick.”
Now its just, “Speak meekly.”
In fact though, anytime seriously confronted by the US, the Iranians have backed down for a while. Strategic retreat, which actually is also in the Quran.
Two incompetent third world militaries squaring away against one another. Neither could mount an offensive. An 8 year stalemate that was a senseless loss of life and treasure. The war exposed how weak Saddam was .
You are detached from reality. The fumes from that media masters’ feeding trough must have done you in. Surely, you weren’t swallowing that hog wash. With a little due diligence, you might find out just how laughably ridiculous that line you’ve been fed is.
Naw, JoBama are gonna just buy them off... for a couple of weeks...
