I am a strong supporter of the police and will continue to be. However, there is no excuse for what these M/Fers did. They need to be prosecuted and jailed for violating civil rights under color of authority. And, once again, we are shown exactly why the Democrats and their puppet Kevin wouldn't release the videos. God help us!

I hope Kevin McCarthy dies of shame, the useless, traitorous squish.

there needs to be a reckoning and nothing short of the elimination of the DNC as a criminal enterprise.

The residents of Lahaina could have used a warning about what was coming their way, but no, they got silence.

Then when they sought to flee they were herded back into the fire zone by whom?

The local po-po. Just takin’ and enforcin’ orders.

America is in a Soviet style War From Above by our political class and their lackeys in the corrupt entrenched administrative state. If they prevail in the 2024 election America will be lost. It may already be.

>> I am a strong supporter of the police and will continue to be.

I am a strong supporter of LOCAL police.

And I am a strong supporter of DEFUNDING and ELIMINATING federal police of every stripe. Especially FBI. No federal agency whatsoever should have police powers. If they have a need for “police action” towards the citizens of a state, they ought to be required to go to the state and request state and/or local police to carry out the action. I believe this is what the constitution calls for.

I am a supporter of the police when they do the right thing.

Or even attempt to do the right thing.

But when it comes to things like this or the police without a warrant going into a house and poke around using their gun lights or a half a dozen other things I can not support them.

The police, especially federal police, need to be on a strong leash because we give them so much power and leeway.

In 18 U.S. Code Chapter 102 - RIOTS, specifically 18 U.S. Code § 2102 - Definitions, is this:

(b) As used in this chapter, the term “to incite a riot”, or “to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot”, includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.
According to this section of the US Code, President Trump's speech on January 6 does not meet the definition of incitement of a riot. President Trump spoke of his belief that he won the election, and then asked the attendees to peacefully walk to the Capitol to show the lawmakers their support for President Trump.

So much for supporting the police. They are too stupid to understand which is the last group to support them.

Ping. This is a good start to understanding the deprave and callous manner in which the police attacked the protesters. Two things stand out. One is the officer indiscriminately throwing grenades over the wall without knowing where they will land or who they might hit. The other is when a man scaled the wall. It looks pretty high. The police should have taken him into custody and handcuffed him. They pushed him off the wall. My opinion is that this could have resulted in death or great bodily injury to the man.

If local officers behaved like this in a similar situation, planeloads of DOJ lawyers would be dropped to file massive civil rights suits against the officers and their departments.

“It was the police. There can be no doubt about that”

Raheem Kassam recounts his harrowing experience on #J6 to @JackPosobiec saying that newly released footage clearly shows the Capitol police firing first on peaceful civilians.
