Washington D.C. refused to lock up this 13-year-old serial armed carjacker. Fortunately, a heroic law abiding gun owner shot and killed him.

“Now they can make a statue of him.”

And we can melt it.

Probably. Look how the toxic media reports the perp:
"Vernard Toney Jr., of Southeast D.C., was the child who died."
A 13 year old CHILD my arse! Media is trying to drum up charges against the officer.

The DA that let him go should be charged.

You’re quiet likely to be shot dead if you attack my car in this state

Perfectly legal

The search for at least one other person is ongoing. Anyone with potentially relevant information is asked to contact police. A reward of up to $10,000 is available.

This was from the May 2023 article about this adolescent predator's crime spree.

Your civilization has effectively collapsed when you still have to offer reward money to identify a criminal after his 12 year-old accomplice has already been arrested.

Is the law-abiding gun owner in prison yet?

If a regular, white citizen had shot this young feral because his hand was in his waist band, we’d never hear the end of it. But if a Federal employee does it... well, Ok, then.

I think the fact that we have “hate” crimes rather than just “crimes” has distorted the justice system. Take the hypothetical situation where there’s a law against cruelty to animals. But doing X cruelty to dogs becomes a separate established law. What that does in essence is legalize X cruelty against, say cats or squirrels. This law was done to grab a headline and pander to the dog owner demographic. But it damaged all the other demographics.

Now we have “hate” crimes. Whatever they are against, their impact means that the same crime by a hate-protected class against a non-protected class is no longer a crime. Because only hate crimes have value. Thus, car jackings by protected classes against non-protected classes are excused.

We need a justice system that protects everyone equally. I think that was the goal and we, for a while, were there. But politics reared its ugly head and the system has been perverted. (Of course, we all know that the justice system was never intended to prosecute protected politicians or movie starts. Thus, Michael Jackson and Joe Biden can do all sorts of depraved things, and nothing will be prosecuted. But outside of those special cases we the people were generally protected against each other. No more.)

Carjackers and home invaders have given up their right to live. When the victim helps them reach their chosen fate, it’s a good thing.

> Is the law-abiding gun owner in prison yet? <

If he was just an average citizen, there’d be hell to pay.
But he’s a federal employee. So he’ll be fine.

From the link: “The victim of the carjacking was described as an off-duty federal security officer.”

“”According to statistics from D.C. police, there have been 821 carjackings so far this year. Of the 134 people arrested, 84 have been juveniles.””

Will the overall carjackings now decrease? Usually, a few criminals, whatever the chronological age, commit more of the crimes.

On the other hand, with the billions of dollars in DC and the surrounding areas, there are probably many nice autos to entice the carjackers.

I hate a lot of things...........

And I love a lot of things.......

I'd love to see more people in jail and the death penalty enforced...quickly. Just one example.

I love our country, but it isn't the Country I used to know.......

The gun owner is a Federal Law Enforcement Officer who was off duty at the time of the carjacking. It was his car that was the target. Nothing will happen to him.

Especially if the officer is a black man, nothing will happen to him. The fact that the news media has not mentioned his race suggests that it might be so.

This story does not fit the desired leftist narrative, so it will be dropped very quickly.

Black music, black school districts, black neighborhoods, black culture, black churches, and the black community are proficient at producing the following things:

1. Professional football and basketball players;
2. Rappers and Hip Hop music;
3. Ignorant, uneducated and violent criminals that account for 50% of the US prison inmates and 60% of the US homeless population.

Interestingly enough, it’s no different in Africa either.

I’ve been watching a lot of murder investigation shows lately. One thing I know from all the descriptions of the deceased is if your smile “lights up a room” you are a dead man.
