He’s in Connecticut. California is too far away; he’s not California’s problem. I think the safest appropriate place to release him is Cape Cod.

And this is why juries are less and less likely to return that verdict. The killer got a huge break to be able to spend his life in a hospital rather than a prison. Wasn’t enough for the do-gooders.
