This story is causing a stir in Germany. Just last month, the Scholzomat said said that there are no German troops in Ukraine and there won't be any in the future. Many Germans figure they're being lied to again.

Plenty of mercs fighting in Ukraine, on both sides, and most of whom had prior military service.

I wouldn’t be surprised if many of these guys show up in their old uniforms and without bothering to remove rank and insignia.
