President Donald Trump dropped a bombshell report on his Truth Social platform that the sham committee overseeing the investigation of the January 6th Capitol riot has destroyed their documents and records illegally.
On Tuesday, Trump wrote:
President Trump: So now that I have full Subpoena Power because of the Freedom of Speech Sham Indictment by Crooked Joe Biden, Deranged Jack Smith, and the DOJ, it has just been reported that the Unselect January 6th Committee of Political Hacks and Thugs has illegally destroyed their Records and Documents. This is unthinkable, and the Fake Political Indictment against me must be immediately withdrawn. The system is Rigged & Corrupt, very much like the Presidential Election of 2020. We are a Nation in Decline!

Interesting point. The House rules give the Speaker special prerogative for the intel committee. Is there such a prerogative for J6? Maybe it doesn't matter because Pelosi already did it.

But America tends to rally around a victim. If he starts this way to lock in his supporters, and then goes on the attack, but makes it look like it’s a defense, he will be seen as less of a bully.

There are things I don’t like about Trump’s personality, but to date I don’t see anyone better based upon his record.

I disagree with your position that Trump should have participated in the sham J6 hearings. Don’t do battle when the odds are against you. Retreat and choose your battles.

We’re all sick of waiting. Me included. Trump put out a truth on Aug 6th calling for a federal takeover of Washington DC. Trump Jr and General Flynn are telling people to listen to the recent interview of Jan Halper Hayes. The truth is being revealed more bluntly everyday. We are in the end game.

At this point, I think the odds are much greater that Q is a Ray Epps like operation, than anything close to the truth. The only question is are the Trump’s involved.

Should be a mistrial. He is not able to stage an adequate defense because documents were destroyed. But when Trump is re-elected, his AG should go after them all.
