A couple of weeks ago the Ruskies had about 50+% of Bakhmut. The last 10% should be interesting to see how it goes. Probably give it another week and they should have Bakhmut wrapped up.
Next to fall will be Avdiivka. It’s surrounded by the Ruskies right now as I write this.

No, a couple of weeks ago the claim was 90%.
Before 2 weeks ago the claim was 85%, and a month ago the claim was 70%.
That leaves out various times over the months when it was declared 100% conquered.
