No, a couple of weeks ago the claim was 90%.
Before 2 weeks ago the claim was 85%, and a month ago the claim was 70%.
That leaves out various times over the months when it was declared 100% conquered.
I watched the pro-Uke battle map. There was no way two weeks ago they were at 90%. I don’t know who was claiming that, but they were incorrect. Today, yes, they are at 90%.
Only 10% to go and Bakhmut will be completely in the hands of the Ruskies.
Not sure what the Ukes will do once Bakhmut has fallen. Maybe they’ll rally around Avdiivka which is also surrounded by the Ruskies.
