President Trump gave a speech from Iowa tonight on Education but he addressed other topics as well.

Earlier today the President arrived and visited a local restaurant and then went to the arena where he spoke and where people lined up for hours to see him on this cold Iowa day.

President Trump promised to totally obliterate the DEEP STATE. These crooks in the DOJ will be gone when Trump is elected. He’s the only guy currently even talking about this very important issue.

President Trump also discussed the Department of Education where he says he will break it up and send the resources bak to the states.

He’s gotta point out the deep state specifics as education is only one of them. Parents are taking a direct hit and the mama grizzly needs to understand. Too many don’t.

the situation really is as dire as Trump paints it.

few have the imagination to grasp seriousness of the threat.

I will enthusiastically vote for him if he somehow makes it to the 2024 election.

But my honest guess is that there's no way in Hell that he could be elected again. There are too many corrupt, powerful forces aligned against him -- against US.

Before you accuse me of 'giving up', consider the chances of something you desperately want coming true. Say you want to be 20 again. That's not going to happen, regardless of what you do. At some point, you have to face reality.

So ... disband the FBI, CIA, purge the military, also private corporations, private foundations, academia, public schools ... and that's just for starters.

It's a nice thought, but it cannot be done within the system by a president.

But of course they will not let him be president again, even if hey have to kill him.

Don’t send ED’s resources back to the states. State government is part of the deep state. Shutter departments of education at both federal and state levels, then either cut taxes or pay down the debt (or a little of both). Ultimately, education is a parent’s responsibility and should be funded by families. To get to that ideal, I’m fine with progressively (or is that regressively? 😂 ) eliminating government involvement in education until there is zero involvement. During this elimination period, directly give parents education tax dollars to choose any form of education for their children as desired. That requires one provision and constant reminder, overtime those tax dollars will be eliminated and parents will be fully financially responsible for their children’s education.

He might just be able to do this — if he can tame his tongue. This means avoiding mean personal attacks and fights with conservative allies who are with him on most of the issues.

Final battle...ha ha ha, see my tagline.

The final battle took place in 2020.

End ALL foreign aid aka “money laundering”, no foreign donations to any members of Congress to their foundations.

“Trump promises to obliterate the Deep State”

That’s very nice.

Before I listen to that speech, I want to hear the speech about what was done to attack the Deep State between January 20, 2017 at noon and January 20, 2021 at 11:59 AM, a four year period when the American people invested Donald J. Trump with the formidable powers of the Presidency.

I specifically want to hear about three things:

1) Why was Mike Flynn fired, and when he was charged with a felony why wasn’t he pre-emptively pardoned?

2) Why were Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein and Andrew Weissman not fired once the direction of the “Mueller investigation” became clear?

3) On June 1, 2020, when buildings in Washington were on fire and the White House had been mobbed by communist insurrectionists, why was Mark Milley not relieved and court-martialed for insubordination when he called a prgess conference to defy the President?

I would also like to hear, specifically, what Trump learned about the Deep State that he did not know as a private citizen, what mistakes he made (besides my 3 above) in attacking it, and why if we grant him a second term he will avoid thise mistakes durning his term of service.

I like his attitude, but the DS is too pervasive and gigantic, worldwide, for anyone to destroy it.

Exactly right. He said he would build a wall and he built one - specifics are what people can understand - not just hot air campaign promises.

Here’s one Trump should consider if he’s serious about the deep state: “In my second term, I will not hire anyone who has never worked in the private sector, and will give strong preference to those who have never held any government job before”.

The cherry on top would be “And ZERO retired military officers, no former members of Congress, and no academics. I’ve had it with them stabbing me in the back!”

Fired everyone including the judges. They can all sue, but with no judges it’s going to take awhile! Or go to Congress to pass a law but good luck getting Trump to sign. When Congress tries to impeach Trump, one simple question, “What size Army does Congress have?”. It’s that BAD! Remember Obama, “when they come for you with a knife, you use a gun”. Well when they come for you with the DOJ, you use the military!

If he wasn’t able to “drain the swamp” in 2016-2020, how would he be able to do in now in 2024? The stakes are higher and the enemy has gotten worse.

That’s what concerns me. If they feel threatened enough that he could win they might try an assassination plot

He built like 30 miles of wall. The rest was built where crappy fencing already existed.

Clearly, he did not finish the wall.

I don’t want to hear excuses. The POTUS has broad discretionary powers to secure the border, but he did not.

He failed in his primary campaign promise and now talks very little about it.
