Disgraced former FBI official Andrew McCabe said the DOJ should obstruct the House GOP’s investigation into the Biden document scandal.
House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) launched the first congressional investigation into classified documents stored at Joe Biden’s private office and home.
It was revealed this week that Joe Biden improperly stored stolen classified documents at his private office and in his garage next to his Corvette.

US Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Robert Hur as the special counsel to investigate the Biden document scandal.
McCabe said it’s time for the DOJ to play hardball and obstruct Republicans in Congress.
"Chairman Jim Jordan announced this House Judiciary Committee investigation into the DOJ actions related to the President’s handling of the classified documents today,” CNN’s Anderson Cooper said on Friday. “How much does that impact the DOJ ongoing investigation?”
McCabe said the DOJ should refuse to cooperate with the House GOP’s investigation and hide documents under the guise of an ‘ongoing investigation.’
“I certainly would advise them — if they were willing to listen to my advice — I would advise them to take a very hard line against that,” McCabe said. “There is a clear precedent here of not sharing information from an ongoing criminal investigation with Congress. And I think the DOJ is in a very strong position to resist on those grounds.”

Andrew McCabe should be in jail. He believes in one Party rule. Trump has been targeted for 7 years, but Biden should ignore requests.
I can see the list of budget issues for debt extension growing and growing. Cut all DOJ FBI funding, and then pass monthly appropriation bills for 70%/12. FBI no play Congress no pay.
I guess McCabe is initiating a criminal conspiracy to obstruct Congress. This POS should be swinging from a yardarm at the navy yard on his next show on CNN.

Yeah, but the reality is, like two weeks ago, after the Republicans found out that the FBi was inside the Twitter Operation peddling lies to Protect Joe and Joe’s foreign business- they gave a Huge increase to the FBi - and the Republicans in the Senate absolutely adore Chris Wray.
In short, it’s never going to happen.
Chris Wray, this Winter wouldn’t answer the most basic questions on Biden, in stark contrast to what he said when Trump was Prez.
