Off topic a little, but as the posters are aware, classified documents have been discovered which may have been illegally in the possession of Biden, who may not have had the right to declassify them and be in possession of them outside of a secure facility. So, did Obama declassify those documents? If so, where is the paperwork? If he didn't declassify them, can he now? And, if he can now declassify them even though he is out of office, can Trump also claim that right? And, if the FBI does a search, (sure Jan) will they search Jill Biden's bra and panties for classified documents?
Has anyone told the Democrats in Congress this news?
The ACLU is much like the Anthem Veterans Memorial in Anthem, Arizona, it gets public notoriety and is really only seen once a year!
And to be honest, I think the Veterans Memorial is more consistent!
I would think that they would still support surveillance and the violation of due process rights for those that oppose leftist policies. They can simply categorize their opponents as domestic enemies.
