USDA Approves First Vaccine for Honeybees

Um, I’m not saying that introducing a genetically modifying vaccine into the human population through the use of the politization process in agriculture via honeybees was a plot line for an X-Files movie, except it actually was. Now this:
A biotech company in Georgia has received conditional approval from the U.S. Department of Agriculture for the first vaccine for honeybees, a move scientists say could help pave the way for controlling a range of viruses and pests that have decimated the global population. It is the first vaccine approved for any insect in the United States.
The company, Dalan Animal Health, which is based in Athens, Ga., developed a prophylactic vaccine that protects honeybees from American foulbrood, an aggressive bacterium that can spread quickly from hive to hive.

Maybe next we can give the climate a vaccine. Vaccines fix everything and make everything better!
Disclaimer: Although I am personally adamantly opposed to the Covid-19 vaccines and am a survivor of a Covid-19 vaccine induced stroke, I do not lump all vaccines in the same category. Smallpox, tetanus-diphtheria, yellow fever, hepatitis, etc, are all well-studied and properly vetted vaccines that are good.

I had the basics when I was a kid. My autistic son had three times as many. Over the past couple of years, a whole lot of people got a newfangled type. Just got a new job and the HR guy felt compelled to confide in me that he got the C-jab, had a heart attack caused by myocarditis.
When I was young, my mom took me to the trusted family doctor. I think those are few and far between. Obamacare turned them into bureaucrats of sorts. Or maybe it’s just the culture or the universities did it.
