My daughter lives in Amherst, a suburb of Buffalo and she told me that no looting is occurring there. The snow is chest deep on her street! She and her neighbors met up and exchanged food and supplies to those running out. One of her neighbors is an Army tactical officer and he offered his protection for her and the neighbors if it's necessary.

This is the way civilized people handle dire situations, NOT by looting and acting like savages!

Amherst has very few blacks, which is why there isn't any looting. This looting is mostly concentrated in the City of Buffalo, which has a population that is at least half black. But the Walmart that was hit is outside the city (there isn't one in the city - big surprise), so they can make the effort to loot, but not to work.
