Amherst has very few blacks, which is why there isn't any looting. This looting is mostly concentrated in the City of Buffalo, which has a population that is at least half black. But the Walmart that was hit is outside the city (there isn't one in the city - big surprise), so they can make the effort to loot, but not to work.

They should declare that the police AND any and all citizens can legally blast away at any and all looters!! Our state starts its brand-new weapons carry law on January 1st. Alabama's new law that allows any "lawful citizen" to carry concealed weapons goes into effect on the first. No longer are "paper" permits necessary to carry a concealed weapon, unless of course you plan to travel to another state that DOES require paper carry permits to lawfully carry a concealed weapon. Then you would need a concealed carry permit to carry in their states. So, the little lady and I renewed our carry permits this past summer.

Agreed.
The blacks and other looters are attacking and destroying businesses in Buffalo.
The horrible thing in all of this is once those supplies, medications, and food items are pillaged and stolen, this will offset the abilities of innocent people to resupply their own families with the needed food, supplies, and medicine.
The blizzard has degraded all abilities to bring in new materials, so it could be weeks before innocent people are able to obtain what they need now that the looters have attacked and trashed out the businesses in the area.
