Ward: I just heard through the grapevine that @MaricopaVote is doing the hand recount RIGHT NOW with Democrats & Libertarians while Republicans are there and are being ignored as they beg to be placed on these boards. Another reason for partisan observers! Will Maricopa ever shape up?

What is the point of recounting ballots that had no chain of custody coming from polling stations that had broken machines and turned away voters in the first place, if the ballots were fake in the first place, there is no doubt they still have just as many fake ballots now.
Misleading title.
I am not defending anyone but the facts of the story are like this: a few tables of counters had 2 dems and one libertarian and no Rs but another table had 2 Rs and no Dems.
GOP screamed about it and after many phone calls, they made the tables evenly seated.
