President Biden ordered Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to dismantle the Canadian Freedom Convoy over fears that the nationwide protests against vaccine mandates would start impacting trade in the United States, documents show.

Biden’s request was made moments before Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act, which the Prime Minister defended the controversial decision while testifying in Ottawa Superior Court on Friday.

Ya, standing up for freedom is a concept Biden can’t afford to persist.

Liberalism is a worldwide conspiracy, so this is not surprising.

Using something to undermine sovereignty that is meant to be invoked when there is a threat to sovereignty is something right out of 1984.

I would like to read the whole article. But that Canadian site is chocked full of trackers, spyware, and session loggers.

Not going to do it.

I have no doubt that Biden or at least somebody in the WH made a strong request for international trade not to be disrupted any further, but I also believe that Trudeau would have invoked the Emergency Act anyway, even if let’s say the U.S. administration said it didn’t matter to them. He wasn’t “ordered” to do it, he probably said he was leaning that way and Biden or whoever said good, go for it.

There was dramatic testimony (covered on live TV) of Trudeau answering pointed questions from a number of parties to the inquiry which has now concluded (the chairman now has three months to submit a report to parliament which has to be placed on the record there). A lawyer for the freedom convoy challenged Trudeau about his frequent comments earlier in the day about having to protect the safety of all Canadians, and asked how the vaccine mandates were doing that, reading out a number of convoy supporters’ personal testimony about how the vaccine mandates (which they like me refused) had impacted their family lives, businesses, freedom of religion and movement etc. Trudeau tried to weasel out of the spot he was in, but it was far better than the weak efforts of the Opposition last winter in the House of Commons (they haven’t returned to the subject recently since there was a change in leadership of the Conservatives so we’ll have to see how that plays out, as they now have a leader more sympathetic to the anti-vaccine position than previously) ...

Otherwise Trudeau’s day at the inquiry went fairly smoothly from his point of view, a number of parties to the inquiry were there to make cases for specific clients, like the former Ottawa police chief fired for not handling the protests in a manner suitable to his political bosses on the city council. The questions from that lawyer while useful to her client were not really engaging Trudeau directly, she just wanted testimony on a court record that she could use; same thing could be said for the Canadian Civil Liberties Association who were obviously trying to get quotes for a brief they were working on, but their line of questioning was too technical to be very politically charged.

Trudeau tried to keep going back to his oft-stated excuse that he kept looking for other less draconian solutions but felt the police were losing control of the situation both in Ottawa and at the border crossings, which was partially negated by some testimony read back to him from earlier witnesses. He also tried to maintain that he feared violent confrontations would develop and could argue that the protestors themselves might be the ones to suffer the most from those. I don’t think that played very well with those already against Trudeau, but it was probably another of his half truths or outright lies that would appeal to his star-struck fans (he’s regarded in liberal circles in Canada rather like a sort of hybrid of Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, which also explains the intensity of disgust for him on the other side of politics here).

Anyway, the next interesting thing that will happen about this comes in maybe February when the report is tabled in the House and perhaps a sort of Convoy 2.0 arrives in Ottawa at roughly that time. The report is likely to be rather tame as the chairman is a government supporter, but it has to contain all the evidence and testimony and will probably be accompanied by these other independent reports from third parties which are likely to be much more critical.

Let’s just say this matter is far from settled and will come to a head around February 2023, with parts of the Opposition more vocal now than they might have been under the previous leader’s watch.

If we can succeed in conflating this matter with the origins of Dominion Voting Machines (from Toronto originally) we might get into even more interesting political territory. As far as I know there is nothing anywhere in the public record to link Dominion with the Canadian government but what we do know about them would suggest it would be quite plausible that there were or are links we don’t know about. Anyone with half a brain (a requirement to post here, right?) can guess what those links could be (Trudeau and Freeland both very friendly with Obama and I suppose Biden to the extent that anyone under 60 can be friendly with an octogenarian with limited brain functions).

Two ‘peas in a pods’ er, ‘pees in a cesspool’, Presidementia XiJinBiden of the USSA and Prime Mistake True-dolt of PRC (Politically Repressive Canada).

IF the MSM in Canaduh pick up on this, they will try to shift the blame to the ‘ugly ‘Murcan’. I suspect that, since both represent the globalist fascists (certainly NOT we, the mere ‘plebes’ who supposedly ‘elect’ our leaders), such as the fascist WEF, Bill-zebub Gates and his pal, ‘der Führer und Reichskanzler’ K(louse) ‘Blofeld’, er, Schwab, this info will be quashed by the MSM.

The only way that the True-dolt bought and paid for Canadian MSM will talk to this info, is if True-dolt instructs them to. That will only happen IF True-dolt’s (and/or the Lieberal’s) popularity drops to 20% Remember, Lieberals, and other Canadian socialists, salivate when they can blame America!

I’ve got to feel sorry for Justin Trudeau. Chinese president Xi scolds him like a little boy. And Biden orders him around like a little boy.

I personally think that Justin should give up all this politics stuff. Don blackface (again), and go on the minstrel circuit.
He’d be a lot happier that way.

I assume you mean Presidementia XiJinBiden rather than Prime Mistake True-dolt. I assume that if you were talking about the latter, you would use the phrase ‘Schitt for brains’ rather than ‘pudding brain’.
